Refund Policy:

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to assist you. Refunds are only possible in cases where the issue is on our end, and we are unable to complete the delivery. In such cases, we will initiate a refund of the transferred amount, and you can expect to receive it within 30 working days.

Return Policy:

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible. We also cannot accept cancellations by the customer after dispatch.

Return Delivery Policy:

If you receive a damaged item, an item that does not match the description on our website, or if units are missing from your order, please take the following steps within 1 day of receiving the product:

  • Send a snapshot of the outer packaging and the received products to our customer care team at info@anshikatak.com  or call us at +91 7715005876.
  • You may return the item using the Speed Post courier service. Please provide us with the tracking details, and we will coordinate with the courier service.

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by you.
  • Partial use of the product before requesting a return or refund.
  • The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.
  • Non-compliance with our return policy.

In cases where a customer has inadvertently made a double payment for a single transaction, we will refund the excess amount through the same source within 20 working days.

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Products delivered are damaged.
  • The company has delivered the wrong products by mistake.

If you encounter a damaged product, please notify us within 2 working days. Once we receive the damaged product at our designated department, we will review it and arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you.
